Using deep learning techniques to transform climate models, satellite, and geospatial data, they've created a one-stop-shop for physical climate risk & emissions insights, via a cloud-native analytics product.

Your Impact

Collaborating with the CTO, leading the core architecture team comprised of Earth system scientists, geospatial data engineers and leaders from financial services, help to more accurately assess how climate affects businesses, and to discover new sustainable opportunities.

  • Driving technical decision making with the leadership and engineering team to serve an expanding customer base
  • Leading, mentoring, and growing a high caliber team that takes ownership in their crafts
  • Designing, operating, and scaling production services and distributed systems with growing global data sets
  • Enhancing end-user experiences with architectural shift and advancement

About You

  • 6+ years of SWE development / infrastructure exp (primarily as a Technical Lead)
  • Adaptable, flexible and entrepreneurial
  • Experience working with sales/customer success & very directly with every department
  • Tech Stack: Golang, GCP, Terraform, Container tools, Django, Geospatial (nice to have)

Compensation

$160,000-$200,000
