Account Executive - SaaS product

The Company

A geographically distributed SaaS company on a mission to reduce fossil fuel usage on our power grids. This rapidly growing team of 10 is looking for passionate team members who care deeply about the effects of fossil fuels on our environment.

Your Impact

As the first Account Executive hire you will work closely with the CEO and work on the full sales lifecycle. The goal is for this AE to become solely independent in 6 months from their start date and run their own book of business.

You will:

  • build out the sales playbook for a key market
  • own lead generation, prospecting to closing deals
  • gather customer feedback and help with shaping the future product
  • create process efficiencies that are nimble 

About You

  • 3+ years of experience scaling a SaaS product start up as an Account Executive. Preferably in the Utilities industry
  • Track record of driving the sales cycle from start to finish
  • Comfortable handling a highly technical sales process
  • Interest in learning about energy & power grid

Bonus points

  • Working knowledge of technologies like Python, React and Typescript
  • Understanding of how the electric grid works

Compensation

$120,000-$150,000
