- Reporting to the Chief of Staff, your responsibilities will include designing and leading the fundraising and advancement strategy for the next phase of growth
- Work alongside the CEO and Board and execute a strategy to retain existing donors and increase engagement
- Oversee grant administration which includes grant writing, reporting and revenue collection
Manage corporate communications, annual reporting and website presence

- You have a track record of fundraising and business development for nonprofits
- Significant experience in grant administration
- Passionate about climate and the impact you can make, particularly on our oceans
