You will lead a talented team in building a product that dramatically increases the speed at which renewable energy (wind and solar) is deployed and connected to the grid. You will help project developers identify suitable project locations and then automate the traditionally time-consuming testing and approval process on behalf of utility providers.

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager comfortable leading a 6-person team of software engineers. We’re building a new web app to help make it faster, easier, and cheaper for renewable energy projects to be deployed on the grid.

You will play a leading role in the following areas:

• Work with senior leadership in shaping the vision and roadmap for the main product
• Prioritize, delegate and empower the team to deliver 
• Manage, support, and evaluate performance and provide input on strategic technical and product decisions.

Your work will help project developers deploy more (and better) zero-carbon generation projects on the grid!
