As the Senior Product Designer, you will be is responsible for leading product design and helping develop a simple and lovable user experience that enables our members to close the gap between climate-related action and intention.
You Impact
You will partner with product, engineering, and the founders to build beautiful, usable, and forward-thinking products that drive our core sustainability mission. Through your work, you will be expected to:
Create and shape the user experience for our core member product from a design perspective that address business, brand, and user needs
- Collaborate with our design leads to create the core design principles in coherence with our product and brand identity
- Partner with product and engineering leadership to define problems & goals, map user journeys, prototype interactions, and launch new products
- Successfully develop and launch high quality work that aligns with our mission
- Oversee multiple initiatives from insight to strategy across all platforms and devices
About you
- UX/UI Designer with 5+ years of experience
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of software applications
- Excellent visual and interaction skills and craft
- 0 to 1 experience or experience redesigning major elements of a product or experience
- Can accurately scope design work to inform resourcing and team development
- Ability to think beyond the screens and pixels to create a holistic journey that incorporates designs for offline experiences
- Experience with making complex information, frameworks, and actions easily digestible for users
- Experience designing platforms and systems
- Experience across the design lifecycle, can stretch into user research and writing disciplines
