Our candidate is a phenomenal Head of Analytics/Data Science. They have experience scaling teams (most recently, 5 to 25, and before that, 1 to 20). They are great at dealing with budget/strategy, setting a solid culture, and being an impactful leader who listens to all. They are eager to get into the climate space and are excited to make a significant impact!
