We’re expanding our service offerings!

In the early days of Climate People, we had a strong recruiting and delivery model focused on software and data roles as we saw a significant demand and comparable disconnect between positions and available tech talent. We’ve observed nearly ten times the amount of tech jobs available than the talent to fill the roles. We’ve worked diligently to help fill this gap and work alongside tech job seekers and climate hiring managers to encourage more people to transition their careers to climate.

As we approach our two-year mark, we are well-positioned and recognize that climate career opportunities extend well past software. There is a significant demand for climate talent in almost every field and all climate problem areas. In nearly every industry, demand for talent is high, and supply is low — these trends are only getting more extreme as climate solutions continue to grow and scale.
