We have a very wonderful, excited, passionate and well-spoken candidate for any Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager role! They have only worked for startups, most recently at one with 50 employees, on a team of three in finance (their role, the VP and the Controller). This candidate does the AP and AR and designs all the processes from collections and enters those bills! They love creating the overall process and strategy because they enjoy having that ownership and creative ability.
