We are excited to partner with a global consultancy that helps companies and organizations secure large-scale grant funding to develop and scale their high impact climate-solutions. This mission-driven company has a strong track record of success in landing non-dilutive funding for their customers. Due to unprecedented demand for their services they are growing the team by hiring a Director of Grant Management.

Your Impact (Responsibilities)

This position will provide you with a unique opportunity to leverage your proven federal grant management and administration skills to help develop an ambitious venture in an under-resourced part of the climate industry. We are looking for mission-driven talent, who are self-starters. In addition to grant management responsibilities, we are seeking people who can proactively lead large, complex and multi-stakeholder funding awards.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in a federal grant management / administration position
  • Proven track record of managing large federal grants, 8 figure awards (ideally $100M+)
  • Strong project management and multi-stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong mission-alignment and the understanding of the importance of addressing climate change immediately
