We’re recruiting for a climate-tech startup in NYC backed by top investors. The mission: break the gridlock that’s slowing renewable energy. Interconnection bottlenecks are the #1 barrier to decarbonization, and they're building the data and software layer to fix it.
They want builders who’ve been in the trenches — former founders, YC alumni, or ex-Palantir engineers who thrive in messy, high-stakes environments.
What you'll do:
- Own and scale pipelines handling massive real-world energy datasets
- Prototype fast, harden in production
- Turn messy data into usable product insights
- Shape product and culture alongside the founding team

- Strong chops in Python, SQL, distributed systems, cloud infra
- End-to-end builder mindset — design → build → ship
