Your Impact

As Controller, you’ll be the financial backbone of a rapidly growing, acquisition-driven company. You’ll oversee multi-entity accounting operations, drive consistency and accuracy across sites, and deliver polished, investor-ready financials that support executive decision-making and fundraising.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage financial reporting, internal controls, and M&A integration — bringing structure and rigor to a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting and financial reporting across multiple operating entities.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and decision-ready financial statements (weekly and monthly trends).
• Oversee diligence and integration of newly acquired family-owned operations.
• Maintain strong internal controls and oversee compliance with GAAP and tax regulations.
• Drive automation and systems improvements to scale with growth.
• Support fundraising and investor reporting with clear, high-quality financial outputs.

About You

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus).
• CPA required; 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership.
• Strong technical foundation in US GAAP, internal controls, and multi-entity accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and process automation.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, or M&A environments preferred.
• Thrives in fast-paced, hands-on settings and can partner effectively across teams.
